Did you know that people that live near a body of water are often less stressed and live happier lives? Right before I approached 209 Tenicum Trail in Pocono Lake, 
I saw the amazing beach at Arrowhead Lake. I couldn’t help but imagine living in this Chalet home and being able to just decide one day you want to walk to the beach to take a swim, lay in the sun to unwind or play a quick game of volleyball. The living room has cathedral ceilings which really opens the space and a wood burning fireplace that adds country charm. You can sit in the living room and easily watch the kids run up and down the stairs to the spacious loft area that can be used as another bedroom or an open space for the kids to play. Across the living room is the updated kitchen with a wraparound counter for everyone to sit and eat or chat, stainless steel appliances, and a pantry to hold whatever you may need to entertain!
This floor also has two nice size bedrooms which is very convenient. Also, there is a
completely renovated bathroom which caught my attention the most. I love everything they did from the sliding glass front shower, to the glass shelves, and even the marble like walls….simply beautiful!
This home has so many improvements there is no need to put in any work whether you’re going to use this as a vacation home or a full-time home.
