If I owned this ultimate 4-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home in the Poconos, I’d never want to leave! From the moment you step inside 119 Laurel Court, you can feel how this place is perfectly designed to help you unwind. The bright, open layout with its high vaulted ceilings, skylights, and that cozy wood-burning fireplace in the living room instantly gives off this welcoming vibe. I can already imagine curling up by the fire with a cup of hot cocoa in the winter, watching the snow fall against the backdrop of Camelback Mountain. The views here are seriously breathtaking—you get this sweeping panorama of Camelback and the valley that just makes you feel at peace.

One of my favorite things about this home is the huge deck. It’s not just a deck; it’s an outdoor escape! Whether you’re grilling up something tasty on the new gas grill or lounging with a glass of wine, the view steals the show. I can picture summer afternoons out there with friends and family, catching up and soaking in the sun. And the stars at night? I bet they’re something else up here!

The kitchen is stunning too—those new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances make it a joy to cook in. I’d whip up breakfast at the bar while chatting with everyone, enjoying the open flow from the kitchen to the living room. The layout is perfect for entertaining, but it still has these cozy nooks that make it feel intimate.

With two bedrooms on the main floor, including the spacious primary suite with a walk-in closet and private bath, it’s great for hosting family or friends. I love the idea of soaking in the tub in that private bath after a long day of exploring.

Speaking of exploring, Northridge Station is in a prime spot for all the adventures the Poconos have to offer. If I lived here, I’d never run out of things to do, no matter the season. In the winter, you’re literally minutes from Camelback Ski Area, where you can hit the slopes or even try snow tubing if you’re looking for a little fun without all the gear. And in the summer, Camel Beach water park! It’s the perfect place to cool off with some water slides or a lazy float down the river. Plus, the fall foliage around here is gorgeous. I’d definitely spend weekends hiking and just taking in the crisp, cool air and vibrant colors of the leaves.

And let’s not forget shopping! The outlets are so close, I’d probably spend way too much time there. It’s great to have everything nearby—whether you’re looking for an adventure or just a low-key day of shopping and grabbing a bite to eat.

But, what I really love is that this home isn’t just a great place to live or vacation—it’s a fantastic investment, too. Grossing over $42,000 a year, this property has proven success as a short-term rental in an STR-friendly community. It’s truly the best of both worlds: a place you can call home, and an income-generating asset when you’re not using it. With sleeping space for 10, you can bring the whole crew and still have room to stretch out and enjoy.

If I owned this home, I’d make the most of every season. Winters would be filled with skiing and cozy nights by the fire, summers spent at Camel Beach or on the deck with a good book, and the rest of the year hiking, shopping, and exploring all that the Poconos have to offer. It’s a home that feels like a getaway, even if you live here full-time. Plus, with its turnkey setup, you can start making memories the moment you arrive.
