Before I dive in and talk about the home, I want to talk about my adventure getting to the home. I love driving to a home and there are just tons of places to explore too. I passed so many restaurants, shopping centers, and activities that are perfect for kids and adults, and then towards the end of my trip, it was just beautiful nature views. Just down the road is Saw Creek Estate, a gated community in the Poconos with tons of fun amenities that there’s no need to step out if you don’t need to, but I would recommend you do experience the popular attractions the Poconos has. This community has its own ski area, tennis courts, outdoor and indoor pools, private lakes, beaches, boating, and so much more. I get up to the gate and introduced myself to the nice lady at the front who then gave me a pass to get through. After getting through the gate, the house wasn’t too far away. That is great for anyone doing a lot of commuting.




Now let’s talk about this 3 bedroom 2 full bath Contemporary home. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. I drive up to the home and there’s enough space to fit multiple cars. There is plenty of grass area for any kids or pets that want to run around, a lovely firepit area where you and your guests can light some wood and enjoy some smores, an outdoor hammock to lay back with a nice book, & a utility shed perfect to store your outdoor equipment. The front deck was probably my favorite part of the home. The spacious, gated, entertaining deck where you can gather your guest and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood, maybe have a little BBQ.





When you walk inside you are automatically greeted by the beautiful, bright, and airy layout that features the Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen. The Living Room has high ceilings that make the space feel really open, a brick chimney with an efficient new wood stove that you can get started during those chilly winter nights, & picturesque windows with views of the trees that I can only imagine would be beautiful all 4 seasons.


The Dining Area has great views of the Living Room and the Kitchen. The Dining area also has a window seat perfect for a reading area and it also comes with built-in extra storage. The Kitchen has plenty of cabinet space for all your cooking equipment, a wrap-around counter that separates the Kitchen from the Dining area, stainless steel appliances that are easy to clean off, and access to the laundry area.




This floor also has a very convenient 1st-floor bedroom with a jack and jill bath. This room would be perfect for guests that want to stay the night or anyone that wants to have their own private space. I mean…who wouldn’t want that.


The 2nd floor features a spacious loft area ideal for extra living space, a home office, or an area for the kids to keep all their toys. That is the one thing I love about a loft, it is a great space that can be turned into anything you like or always wanted and this loft has enough space to let your creations run wild. This floor also has a full bath and 2 additional bedrooms.



Did I mention before that the front deck was my favorite part of the home? Well, that might be my 2nd favorite. My favorite part of the home is this one bedroom on the 2nd floor that has its own private balcony. The minute I stepped out there I turned to the seller and said “WOW! This is so peaceful.” I just started picturing myself sitting back, enjoying my hot morning coffee, and taking a minute to relax before I start my busy day. What a beautiful dream!


In conclusion, this home is just simply amazing. There are tons of upgrades all throughout including new windows, a new roof, & so much more.
